2. The game is free

ZombieHover is free to play, with no subscription. You only need an account (username and password). The only paid product is the premium Battle Pass described below. No purchase is needed to play or to progress.

3. The premium Battle Pass

The Battle Pass is shared by the whole account. It has 50 tiers per season. A season lasts 3 months: season 1 runs from 1 November 2026 to 31 January 2027, then each season starts on 1 February, 1 May, 1 August and 1 November (midnight UTC).

Tiers are earned by playing ranked mode (zombie kills, bosses, waves, daily and weekly challenges). The free track is open to everyone. The premium Pass adds the premium track of the current season: 50 cosmetic items (outfits, trails, vehicle bodies, town hall and defence skins).

4. Price and payment

The price is shown in the game before you buy. It is currently €4.99 including all taxes per season, paid once (VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). It is not a subscription: nothing is charged automatically afterwards.

Payment is made on Stripe's secure page. We never see your card data. The order is final when Stripe confirms the payment.

5. Delivery

The premium Pass is activated on your account immediately after the payment is confirmed, when you return to the game. If it is not, write to us (section 9) with your username and the payment date.

6. Right of withdrawal

The premium Pass is digital content supplied without a physical medium and delivered at once. Before each payment, the game asks you to tick a box by which you agree that supply starts immediately and you expressly waive your right of withdrawal. Payment is not possible without ticking it.

Under article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code and article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal therefore cannot be used once the Pass is active. Your consent and its date are kept as proof.

7. Virtual items and account

8. Legal guarantee of conformity

The premium Pass is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content (articles L224-25-1 and following of the French Consumer Code) for the whole season bought. If it does not conform (for example, the paid Pass is not activated or reached premium items do not show), you are entitled to have it fixed at no cost; if that is impossible or not done within a reasonable time, to a price reduction or to cancel the purchase with a refund.

9. Complaints

For any question or complaint, write to tom.deprez38540@gmail.com with your username. We answer within 7 days.

10. Consumer mediation

Under articles L611-1 and following of the French Consumer Code, if your written complaint did not settle the matter, you can refer it free of charge to a consumer mediator, at the latest one year after your complaint:

11. Minimum age

You must be at least 13 to create an account. Between 13 and 15, the consent of a parent or legal guardian is required, including for any purchase.

12. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer living in another European Union country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence. In case of dispute, you may go to the competent court under the legal rules.
